Budget Inn of Hayward

"I stayed at the Budget Inn during my recent stay in Hayward while attending the Fancy Food Show. You have a great staff, service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, clean and every one was very helpful, courteous and had no attitude, which the large chains seem to have.

I like the nice amenity touches. The morning coffee, free bottles of water, the Welcome Goody Bag. Blanca was very helpful as well as your front desk associate ( she is from Spain - Martina or was it Alexandria - OK, I could be off with the name, but she was really helpful as well as well as Kay and the rest of the front desk staff.

Your biggest asset is your staff. Congratulations. Can you open a Personality Hotel in San Diego, LA perhaps, we need them down here?

I work in the Private Label Chocolate and Mint business and I know how important customer service and customer satisfaction is. I give you a 10 across the board.

I will stay there every time I come to Hayward. You have a customer for life.
